Tralee, Co. Kerry – The streets of Tralee are preparing to burst into life as Féile Thrá Lí – Tralee Street Festival returns from Friday, 14th to Tuesday, 18th August 2026, delivering five unforgettable days of free family entertainment, live music, spectacular parades, street performances and cultural celebrations during the world- famous Rose of Tralee International Festival.

Presented by Féile Thrá Lí-CLG in partnership with Kerry County Council and supported by Fáilte Ireland, the festival has quickly established itself as one of Kerry’s premier summer events, attracting thousands of visitors to Tralee each year while showcasing the very best of the town’s vibrant community, hospitality and culture.

Over five exciting days, Tralee town centre will become a vibrant open-air festival, offering something for every generation. Visitors can enjoy spectacular street entertainment, live music performances, colourful parades, interactive family shows, food and craft stalls, wellness activities and an electric festival atmosphere from morning until late each evening.

The 2026 festival programme promises something for all ages, with a packed schedule of free entertainment across the five days. Families can look forward to an exciting Sunday, featuring the hugely popular K-Pop Demon Hunters Live Show alongside the spectacular Taylor Swiftly Tribute Show, guaranteeing an afternoon of music, dancing and interactive entertainment for children and families.

As the sun sets, the festival comes alive with an outstanding line-up of live music. Audiences can enjoy performances from some of Ireland’s biggest touring acts, including The Highstool Prophets, The Whistlin’ Donkeys, and The Tumbling Paddies, bringing an energetic mix of folk, country, rock and Irish classics to Tralee town centre. With live entertainment every evening, Féile Thrá Lí will once again deliver an unforgettable atmosphere, attracting visitors from across Kerry and beyond.

From family-friendly daytime entertainment and colourful street performances to headline concerts and bustling festival streets, Féile Thrá Lí 2026 promises to be one of the biggest and most exciting celebrations ever staged in the heart of Tralee.

The festival also plays a significant role in supporting Tralee’s local economy, generating increased footfall for businesses while enhancing the visitor experience during one of the busiest tourism periods of the year. Coinciding with the Rose of Tralee International Festival, Féile Thrá Lí provides an additional programme of free entertainment that encourages visitors to stay longer, explore more and experience the best of Kerry.
